Parking

Parking is becoming a problem in Madison Park and we would like to remind homeowners and their guests or tenants of the rules:
 
* Vehicles shall not be parked on the roadway between the hours of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
* Vehicles shall not be parked in such a manner that they block the sidewalk
* Vehicles shall not be parked on the grass.
*Commercial vehicles and/or non-family use vehicles are not permitted to be parked in the driveways at any time unless performing a service to the property.
 
We ask that all respect and abide by the rules of Madison Park. Bottom line is vehicles should NEVER be parked across the sidewalk or parked on the street overnight. We appreciate all who are following community rules, but for the few who are not, the BOD will follow the fining process and the violation may result in a $100.00 per day fine.
