Due to new legislation which has been passed SWPM can no longer accept quarterly assessment payments of hand written checks or bill payer accounts made out to SWPM. All checks and bill payer must be payable to MADISON PARK HOA per instructions in your coupon book. If the checks or bill pay are made out to SWPM, they will be returned and will not be credited to your account until a proper check or bill pay is remitted. Please make this adjustment as soon as possible.
