Have you noticed the activity on Piedmont with replacing shrubs at various homes? This is the kick off of the Madison Park Curb Appeal Project. Throughout the community, the Landscape Committee with assistance from our landscape maintenance company has identified problems with the original builder planted shrubs. Clearly many of the plants have not performed as expected. This has left some of our properties with dead or dying shrubs. The Madison Park HOA has decided to replace the plants to improve the curb appeal of our community. This is an ongoing project as we continue to monitor our community and take the necessary steps to keep the fronts of our homes as attractive as possible and our property values up.
